	BENJAMIN O. HOOKER, MD Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Dr. Hooker practices outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, with a focus on Interventional Pain Management. He performs a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including epidural and peripheral joint steroid injections, facet and medial branch nerve blocks, and electromyography/nerve conduction studies (EMG/NCS).
	BRYCE KARULAK, DPM Board Certified in Podiatric Medicine Fellowship Trained in Foot and Ankle Surgery Dr. Karulak provides a full range of foot and ankle medical and surgical services to include flatfoot reconstruction, bunions and hammertoe correction, fracture care, heel pain, treatment of foot and ankle arthritis including joint replacement, sports injuries including tendinopathy, ankle fractures and severe sprains and the management of chronic foot deformities to name a few.
	ALEXANDER KREINES, DO Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon Fellowship Trained in Orthopedic Sports Medicine Dr. Kreines provides a full range of orthopedic services including hip, knee, and shoulder arthroscopy and replacement surgery, adult and pediatric sports medicine, cartilage transplantation/joint preservation surgery, geriatric fracture.
	DMITRY TUDER, MD Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon Fellowship Trained in Hand Surgery Dr. Tuder specializes in a full range of hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder orthopedic services in pediatric and adult patients. Areas of interest include joint replacement surgery (wrist, elbow and shoulder), treatment of nerve injuries, tendon injuries, soft tissue conditions and fractures to name a few.
	CHRIS WARMATH, FNP-C Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Warmath brings advanced medical credentials to Alamo Orthopedics. After earning a doctor of chiropractic medicine degree, he then pursued nursing, earning both bachelor’s and master’s degrees. While earning his master’s in nursing, he also worked in the surgical ICU of acute care hospitals. FNP-C Warmath engages with a broad range of patients of Alamo Orthopedics.
